Online payment is available via bank cards including ATM cards, debit cards, or international credit cards. This online payment method is fast and convenient for guests who wish to secure their reservations in advance. All transactions are protected according to the security standards of the Booking Engine service provider.

The reservation system will redirect you to the online payment page. Please follow the instructions provided to complete the payment for your booking.

1.Payment by Credit Card

If the reservation system is not connected to an online payment gateway, we will send you a payment link to complete your transaction. Please follow the instructions to finalize the payment for your reservation.

If payment is not completed within the required timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.

We will not charge the provided credit card immediately. However, we may pre-authorize an amount equivalent to the booking value on the card at the applicable time.

If you fail to arrive on the scheduled check-in date (no-show), the authorized amount may be charged and will not be refunded.

In cases where you notify us in advance about your absence via phone or email, the booking will still be subject to the applicable cancellation policy unless written approval (email/message) from the hotel confirming free cancellation has been provided.

After receiving your payment, we will contact you to confirm the reservation. Payment must be completed within 12 hours after the booking is successfully made.

If payment is not completed within the required timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.
